Dr. Steigmann demonstrates the treatment of an implant dehiscence using the sandwich technique.
Following implant insertion, the missing buccal bone is augmented using autologous bone chips placed on the implant threads followed by a layer of cerabone® granules. Finally, the grafted site is secured by Jason® membrane and suturing is performed to achieve primary wound closure.
